Assist in recruiting and training of staff
Provide HR support to employees, management
Performance management of employees
Assist in resolving any issues that arise for employees and management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
